This paper search on simulated model of VCMM, Which uses CCD instead of touch points on the measuring machine for non-contact stereo vision. This model attains a binocular stereo vision model by control of CCD, and builds a simulated VCMM.The main contributions of this paper are as follows.First, this paper researches on the measuring theory, moving pattern and systematic model of VCMM, and it proposes a new measuring model, which can control CCD only in a Parallel way for measuring. This kind of model is simple than General model.On this bases, the system builds a model of stereo vision technology. It puts emphasis on studying of stereo matching and 3D reconstruction. And it proposes a sequenced matching method on gird and a method for 3D reconstruction based on parallel measuring pattern.Then, this paper designs a measuring scheme according to the measuring model of stereo vision system. The emphasis is the movement description of CCD, that is to get series images by continuous movement of CCD, then makes use of multi images to stereo matching and 3D reconstruction. The main work in this part is to describe image-collected process and put a constraint on parallel movement of CCD.At last, we build a visual platform about VCMM, it can measure some kinds of regular toroid and polyhedron. The experimental results are correct and indicate that the simulated model of VCMM is feasible and have a great value in use.
