| With the development of power industry, the constant broadening of the power network scope and the steady increase of complexity of network configuration, the traditionary video monitor system has been challenged. So, the advanced technology has to be adopted for improving the management of power system to realize the remote video monitor of electric power station and boost the automated management level of power system gradually.The system configuration of power remote video monitor system based on embedded web server (EWS) is designed by analyzing the demand of power remote video monitor system. The function of key modules is described in details in this system. And, the hardware configuration and software configuration are separately described in details as well. The system's function aims at realizing the power equipment monitor and the function of annunciator to decrease the system run and maintenance cost, increase network safety and make use of the network resource fully. The application of moving detection technology in power remote video monitor system by EWS has deeply studied. And, after analyzing and comparing the moving detection algorithm based on optical flow, interframe difference and background subtraction, a new method of moving detection algorithm based on methods of interframe difference and background subtraction is put forward and simulated through Matlab software. And, the simulated result has been summarized. In addition, some system problems are proposed by author for remaining to be solved. |
