The Study On G To C E-Government Information-flow

Since putting forward E-G (Electronic Government), it achieving great development in the world around. Many west developed countries like America, Germany, England and French and so on have got great development in E-G, having done the build of Office automation and MSI, leading to the build of E-G, and the E-G have developed from information promulgating to interactive processing online. Government affairs can be processed online. China's E-G development, from "three golden engineering" in 1992 to 1999 " the year of Government online", the formally putting forward of E-G in 2002, have entered a quickly developing period. Among the models of the E-Government G to C E-Government is an important model. It serves the whole citizen, giving what information they want, opening the government information, and managing citizen, processing government affairs. So G to C E-G lies in an important place. But in the G to C E-Government information-flow there are many problems, like information isolation, information-flow blocking, information content untrue and so on, which block the development of G to C E-Government. So we should optimize the G to C E-Government information-flow.Focusing on G to C E-G information-flow, this article studies its kinds, characters, and uses, its models and the mechanism of information-flow, putting forward the solutions to optimize G to C E-G information-flow in the end. The study goal of the article is to putting out a theory way to optimize G to C E-G information-flow through studying the theory of G to C E-G information-flow, to push the development of our country's E-G.This article involves seven chapters mainly:Chapter one is preview, which introduces the study's meaning of the article, the analysis of the study actuality in the world, the goal and the content of the study, the key problems to resolve in this article, the using study ways, technique ways, lib program, the possibility analysis, and the characteristic and creation of this article. Chapter two and three are the base theory of G to C E-G information-flow. In this chapter, it mainly expounds the kinds, characters, and uses, its models and the mechanism ofinformation-flow. Chapter four expounds the G to C E-Government, Information -flow optimization, involving standard, principle, contents and ways of the optimization.
