| With the development of the Internet and the people's ever-strengthening calling for the publicity of government affairs, the e-Government, as a window for government affairs, play an important role. Based on the "best-effort" model of the traditional IP Network, which means the network is open to all competitors fairly, the e-Government can support many business, such as the government information delivery and Service-on-net.In recent years, with the intensifying of informatization degree and the transformation of Government's Duty, various communication requirements of data flow on the e-Government, including Audio, Video and Data application, is increasing continually. All these data flow which has the features of high-flow, continuity, real-time and correlativity, demands higher for the network resource. The delay-time on the network will result in audio and video change, such as the phenomena of tune change, tone change and video Mosaic, so it becomes more rigorous to control the delay-time and Jitter of communication on the e-government. In order to support different communication requirement properly, the thesis introduces the IP QoS into the e-Government.The thesis illuminates the basic of the IP QoS implementation through introducing the IP QoS Service Model. Based on the introducing and analyzing the IP QoS concepts and its Service Models, the thesis puts emphases on analyzing one of the Service Models—the Diffserv, also analyzes the necessitate of introducing the Diffserv model;in the follow, the thesis further analyzes the status of Data flow transferring on network after introducing the Model. Aiming at settles the key problem about the Data transfer on the e-Government, the thesis apply the Diffserv Model to the net using the different Queuing of the Diffserv. In the end, the thesis evaluates the influence of IP QoS on the e-Government from the view of transfer efficiency. |
