In radar signal process,the multi-channel data playback system becomes important,as the testing device of radar signal characteristic. Because the advantage of PCI bus is low cost, high efficiency, vivid, compatible and free from the processor etc , application in a lot of fields PCI bus is becoming the standard in fact.For making up the request that the single card can not meet the multi-channel radar signal processing, this paper designed a kind of the multi-card system that data are playbacked synchronously at a high speed based on PCI.This system is designed basing on the work of radar, the mode of outer triggers /outer clock is used.The system is working according the user's trigger parameter. On the card ,the double mouth RAM is used as cushion memeroy for the data.This methed of ping-pong transmission improve the efficiency of the system,and it resolves the synchronization of multi-card as well. Chosing the FPGA which with the PCI core as interface chip of this system,it is vivid and saves card area.Interface program and driver are designed in the software,The interface is simple,and convenience the users on inputting parameters and controlling playback . The stable commands in the driver implement the communication between the application and the cards, memory block with continuum physics address is created to meet the sudden transmission of PCI device.By the way, different radar clutters are used in the hardware.The real time clutter is good for radar clutter simulation.The multi-card system meets the multi-channel radar signal processing. The design method of data transmission hardware circuit and device driver are feasible according to primary debuging result.
