With the economy constant development of the media industrialization , media brand strategy has already become an inexorable trend of development of newspaper. According to developing trend of journalism, every newspaper office competition in the future order and turn to the competition for brand gradually too. As a city newspaper in the biggest circulation, district of Dalian, < Dalian Evening News > makes such an achievement, carrying out brand fight slightly important relation with it from 2000. This text regards < Dalian Evening News> as an example, expecting to put out the universal law that planned of newspaper brand by a special law , hope that plans to be helpful to the brand with the kind type newspaper. This text explains newspaper intension and < Dalian Evening News> of brand implement brand necessity to promote tactics systematically at first, for after promoting researches concrete of tactics make a theoretical analysis. Secondly useing SWOT analysis makes a concrete analysis the advantage, position, threaten and chance of < Dalian Evening News> , thus offer the fact basis for promoting the analysis of the tactics in brand. Part three needle detailed conditions of SWOT analysis, put forward concrete brand promote tactics. Secondly has put forward management, information communication system of newspaper office, innovative human resources management system. The third proposites brand of < Dalian Evening News> extend and brand popularize. The brand extends including inside extending and outside extension of the newspaper, < Dalian Evening News> extends the respect to do on the inside with caution, the outside is extended positivly and effectivly. The brand is popularized and divided for advertising, selling and popularizing with public relations, it is should for adopt stereoscopic advertising, appropriate public relations that take popularize with many public relations of view popularizing to be concrete, and can't not only ignore the integration popularization between products and products the integration of three ways is popularized but also at the same time.
