This paper introduces the design and the realization of the Door Access System.The MFRC500 is a new family of highly integrated reader Ics for contactless communication on 13.56MHZ.This new reader IC family utilizes an outstanding modulation and demodulation concept completely integrated for all major kinds of passive contactless communication methods and protocols on 13.56MHZ.The MF RC500 supports all layers of ISO 14443 A.This system contains client and server. One Client is made up of a card reader and a PC,which communicates through RS232 port.Microsoft SQL SERVER2000 is used as the background database server.One card reader is mainly comprised of MF RC500 and Microprocessor.It also contains 4X4 keybords, nixie light,EEPROM,changer in voltage of serial port, reset circuit, and watchdog.MF card must be initialized before be used.The initialization consists of Key A,Key B,Control byte and Card No.The Server configs the client parameter determining the running style of the client.It also can manage the missionary.The working people is divided into three grades including normal operator, subsystem administrator and system administrator.During the running time of this system, pass in and out glide record can be generated.The Server can statistics, analysis the pass in and out record.The report also can be given.This system is now using in one university .During the running time,we find that this system is stability as well as it's high working efficiency.
