This paper explores the strategy on how to combine 6-DOF withstructured light 3D digital technology. This strategy can not only exert theadvantage of space precise orientation of parallel connection and enhance 3Dmeasuring and orienting functions for 6-DOF parallel connection machine, butalso can construct a new-style and particular-applied 3D digital systemIn order to combine 6-DOF parallel connection machine with structuredlight 3D technology better and exert more efficacy, the paper designs a set ofhardware system which can take advantage of the two sides respectively andcan make a firm hardware base for the later development of the system.This paper analyze the surface structured light image,it also analyzeimage math model of digital camera. Based on the module, this paper alsoaffords the Math Model of Surface Structured Light Projection Triangle Mea-surement. The paper analyze the technology of structured light coding, thescheme of structured light coding is designed. The paper makes a deep researchabout surface structured light technology according to its image's charactersand puts forth several system-matched threshold segmenting algorithms andthinning algorithms after comparing various threshold segmentation approa-ches, implements it by program.At the same time, the paper discusses the thinking and design flow of 3Dreconstruction method and analyzes several usual surface reconstructionmethods including four-sided surface patches construction method, three-sidedsurface patches construction method and object describing with a polyhedralmode, discusses the advantages and disadvantages of these methods, and alsopoints out the designing of 3D reconstruction method of experimentation.The author develops a set of image manipulation software on the platformof Visual C++ 6.0 according to the research harvest in the paper. It is provedthat it can ground a firm base for the further 3D shape data achieving of thetesting object by processing of the strip image.
