Web Services is a new structure facing services in recent years, it can better satisfy the requirement under Internet such as cross-platform, loose-coupling, independence of the realizing language etc. Developing a set of financial prediction and early warning system based on Web Services, not merely accord with the development trend of system integration, and can help the financial decision department make correct decision.The system regards the Microsoft Visual Studio.NET2003 as its developing platform, the language is C#;The system contents five modules such as the macroscopic financial data warehouse, the system maintenance, data search, the finance predict, financial early warning;Adopting MVC structure can set up and use a lot of views for one model, when the models layer changes, the mechanism of spreading changes can insure the models layer and the controllers layers to get the variety of the model layer in time, thus it can make the behavior simultaneous of all related views layer, controllers layer and models layer;The finance data warehouse based on Microsoft SQL Server 2000, not merely operate transaction process such as data inquire, and can carry on complicated analysis to various data;Encapsulating every function module by Web Services accord with the module design principle, module can assemble dynamically, it makes the system satisfy the change of the users' requirement and the expansion of the data;The system solves the problem of collecting the data under the different data structure by excel.This thesis narrates the relevant technological backgrounds, the situations of the domestic, the international research and the research meanings of the subject at first, the thesis' content and its structure;Second, this text researches the technology of Web Services, analyzes the system structure of Web Services, systematic research the important technology of Web Services: XML, SOAP, WSDL, UDDI and theagreement inns of Web Services, the system advantage based on Web Services;In the analyzing and designing stage, I analyze simply the whole uses of the system, analyze concretely every module' function, propose the system' framework based on MVC structure;In the developing and realizing stage, According to the actual needs, I design the macroscopic finance data warehouse and the web services of the system, I research the developing process of the system by the realization of the web services of the data collecting in the system maintenance module and developing the function of the data collecting through using the web services;At last, I summarize the main content and the technique innovations of this thesis, and put forward the further research contents.
