With the great construction of infrastructure such as road, bridge, house etc, the demand of cement which being of the most widely used building material is becoming more and more, resulting in rapid decrement of resources used in cement production and bigger and bigger quantity of energy consumption and contamination. All of these make cement production becomes a seriously polluted industry. Therefor, it is important to decrease the consumption of resource and energy and environment load.An expert system is a kind of intelligent computer program which is designed to emulate the reasoning processes of an expert to solve the problems which can only be solved by experts. At present, expert systems have been applied to all kinds of fields and bring great economic profits and social benefits. In this paper, the theory and technology of expert system are introduced to the processes of cement production, in order to research a method which not only can reduce the decrement of resource and energy and quantity of emitted CO2, but also can insure normal production and make clinker performance optimization.Basal conceptions and principles of expert system are firstly introduced, some knowledge representation methods such as production rule, framework, predicate logic, semantic network and object-oriented and some reasoning machinery such as forward reasoning, backward reasoning, combining of forward and backward reasoning and object-oriented reasoning are mainly discussed. And then development platform of this system and related technology are introduced, such as technology of ADO .NET data access, object-oriented software development methods and three layers architecture etc. Finally, Mixture of Cement Expert System Based on Load Gene of Environment (MCES) is designed and realized according to mechanism of reducing environment load which adopts four routes to decrease the consumption of resource and energy and quantity of emitted CO2, including one-time resource replacing, irreborn fuel replacing, mineralization crystal seed and rare element. Traditional matching system is mainly by means of manual computation or computer program based on three components, while MCES hasrealized a matching system based on polycomponent and three ration values and can effectively forecast related performance, making use of high performance of computer and combining with environment load gene. MCES is friendly, easy to operate and stable.The research of this project not only liberates workers from complex computation, but also can help enterprise leaders make decisions. More importantly, it can make good use of industrial waste residue as well as reducing the consumption of resource and energy and environment load and has a great environment, economic and social profit.
