EDA (Electronics Design Automation) technology with the rapid development of integrated circuits and computer technology came into being a senior, rapid and efficient electronic design automation tools. EDA tools are computer hardware and software for basic platform sets database, scholarship, theory and order, logic, mathematical calculations, optimization theory, multidisciplinary research and development of the latest achievements of computer-aided design software package used.
