With the development of the information technology, dimension and complication of software is extending.Software quality is attended by people.Especially software quality cooperative control is the most important among the team work. The Agent technology is an important branch in artificial intelligence domain, It is paid much attention by its characteristic in many research areas, the application prospect is extremely broad. Therefore, in order to improve the software quality, constructing a quality control system based on Agent to surpport the team cooperative development has the important practical significance.This article tracks the domestic and foreign newest software quality control theory, First it briefed the research situation and the main related theory of software quality.Next it introduced the Agent theory and the main technology, analyzed the Agent characteristic, the system structure and the communication among the multi-Agent.Then it discussed how to effectively control the software quality, and proposed a software quality cooperative control model.Then it produced this model's the logical organization and the functional analysis, studied this model's main correlation activity and the technical method, and it detailed each Agent's recurrence relation, the coordination relations, the work flow and the Agent structure and so on. Finally it made the further discussion on the main function structure and the key technology's realization of the software quality coordination control model, and produced quality Agent's the concrete realization method.The research significance of this topic lies to help software enterprise to real-time control software development quality. Guarantee each part in development team to correspond the quality, improving the software process quality, increasing process control visibility, finally achieving to improve the software product quality, enhancing the software enterprise market competitive power.
