The Research And Implement Of Embedded Linux OS Based On Wireless Electronic Detection System

With the embedded applications increasing at an amazing rate with no end in sight, embedded OS (operating system) is becoming key part of embedded system. And Linux is a superexcellence with open source code. It can support multi-CPUs, different I/O devices, customization, and provides a good network support. According to the features of embedded OS, Linux is better suitable for embedded OS.The characteristics of wireless electronic detection system contain special hardware structure and little memory size, and require running faster and working stably with network. Therefore, the dissertation researches and implements customization and configuration of Linux kernel, combined the requirements of wireless electronic detection system.At first, the dissertation describes the development of wireless electronic detection system, and presents system structure of wireless electronic detection system, and analyzes developing process of embedded system. Secondly, the dissertation researches accurately embedded realization of Linux kernel and file system. On the basis of above analysis, the dissertation proposes that design methods of embedded OS based on the hardware and software requirements of wireless electronic detection system. The content includes: implementing of Bootloader, customization of Linux kernel, configuration of root file system, and sound driver. Then, the system is completed in wireless electronic detection system. The dissertation describes network configuration of the embedded wireless detection system, and experiment is done. At last, the dissertation presents some problems for future development of wireless electronic detection system.
