Research On Time-Domain Synchronization Technique In Wireless OFDM Systems

Firstly, this paper introduces the developing history and the key technique of the wireless communication which make us have cognizance of the importance of MIMO(Multi-Input Multi-output) and OFDM (Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing) technique. Then based on the theory of the MIMO and OFDM, the simulation result of MIMO-OFDM systems's capacity is presented followed by the analysis of the unperfect synchronization's effect on the SISO-OFDM system and MIMO-OFDM system. The emphasis is focused on the analysis of timing synchronization and frequency offset estimation arithmetic. Based on the performance analysis and computer simulation, some improved arithmetic is proposed. Finally, the comparison between the improved arithmetic and the existing arithmetic is presented.
