Study On Information Exchange Of VTS System

With the rapid development of information technology and the continuous growth of marine traffic, it shows a lot of limitations when Chinese VTS (Vessel Traffic Service) systems still functions all alone. Therefore, it has become one of the most popular studies in the field of VTS system to realize information exchange with both information and networking technologies, at the same time, it is a job full of applied meaning and practical value.This paper has done some research on the technical standard of the information exchange of the target track in the inter-connecting of VTS systems, the data fusion method of targets' position information from radar and AIS, the continuous track technique of the moving targets in the overlapped area of neighborhood VTS systems. The idiographic contents are as follows:1. It analyzes in detail the information categories and the types of information exchange. It compares the Commuciation Standard of VTS in China with that in the foreign countries then find out the place to be improved.2. It puts forward fuzzy association for the data correlation of position information and find out the place to be improved.3. After analyzes the trait about how radar and AIS obtain the information of the targets, it defines the data-sending area of VTS information exchange and build the mathematical model of it.4. It puts forward the request and method of sending the information of the vessels in the data-sending area, through which can realize the continuous track of the targets.5. By using the net communication between two computers, it simulates the transfer of exchang information between two VTS.
