Following that, based on current status of access of the Chongqing Tietong ADSL clients and the current status of ADSL test technology, the article makes a right selection of the test methods and the maintenance procedure, which is the double pattern processing way combining automatic flow and artificial flow, and bring forward the flow chart of service installing to pre-appraisal test and the flow chart of accept trouble test.The author made an experiment through the installation process of an ADSL client. During the installation process, following the flow chart of service installing to pre- appraisal test, the author made the detailed pre-appraisal test of ADSL line physics level index, ADSL parameter index, network performance index, application performance index in use of the selected ADSL test methods, and based on the test outcomes, successfully made the ADSL new clients accessible to the Internet, and get all the applying capabilities of every ADSL clients, which are the data foundation of the future maintenance.
