With the background of the national coal mine enterprise increased the coal mine mining dynamics in recent years, the accident of the coal mine increases year by year rapidly. As the important local coal mine place in the southwest of our country. Chongqing Nanchuan mining area also has many times accident. It has not only harassed the regular production order in Nanchuan mining area, but also threatened the coal miner's life safety seriously. In current emergency case, we need to propose a set of information management platform solution to guarantee the coal mine regular production. Chongqing Coal Academy of Science cooperates with Chongqing Chuanghui Company to develope the NCCM-SMS. It has provided a security effective monitoring information platform for Nanchuan mining area which for the short-term accident, enhanced the warning ability of the coal mine enterprise.I propose the design thinking of appling the MOM technology in the coal mine safety management system in this paper. I have analysed the MOM technology, application mode and studied the principle of WebSphere MQ middleware. According to the special demand of the coal mine production profession in our country, I have analyzed the MOM technology application condition and WebSphere MQ middleware architecture. It against directly the defect of the existing safety management system in coal mine production, I propose a set of application solution in Coal Mine Safety Management System based on MOM, designe and realize the real-time transmission system. I according to the safe demand of each systematic application mode in this scheme, it improves the original C/S pattern and independent coal mine information system, make it become the new system with C/S and B/S pattern and overcome the main flaw of the original coal mine monitor system. WebSphere MQ middleware replace the original internal special line transmission mode. The new mode guarantees the security and the validity of the data and the seamless link between each system. It guarantees the confidentiality, integrality, usability of the information data and offers the data real-time transmission system of the coal mine, greatly strengthens the coal mine security control dynamics.
