Research Of Intelligent Decision In ERP Cost Management

Whether an enterprise is able to survive during the cruel competition or not is mostlydependent on the cost of investment. Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) has been adoptingby more and more enterprises and acquires comprehensive admit because it brings out greatbenefit for the enterprises. However,an enterprise have to obtain more extensive andthorough information in order to make reasonable decision when encountering theincreasingly market competition . Additionally, a great deal of data collected by the enterprisecan not be utilized effectively because of the limitation of ERP itself. Therefore, it isnecessary to make suitable complementarities for ERP. In this paper, we put forward a methodthat embedding the intelligent decision technology into to the cost management of ERP andwe expect to provide an effective way for the enterprises to make better decision.A framework of the system coupled by the intelligent decision and the cost managementof ERP is designed, of which two key technologies, cost prediction and cost association rule,are studied in detail. First of all, how to design a rough and artificial neutral network isanalyzed based on the theory of rough sets with some reduction. It is proved that the modelbased rough sets neural network prediction is more efficient and higher precision than BPmodel in cost prediction. After that, the cost associated rule mining based on the theory of thevalid associated rules is also discussed in detail. It shows that it is more efficient to distinguishrules whether useful or not in the mining experiment of cost associated rules. In the end, wepredict the trend of the development about the cost base this model, extract the cost associatedrules, analyze different factors influencing the alteration of the cost and put forward areasonable scheme according the virtual example of an manufacturing enterprise.With the help of the scheme designed in this paper, where the intelligence decisionfunction is added to the cost management of ERP, the enterprise can utilize the informationcollected in ERP more effectively, and improve the level of intelligence of ERP so as tobenefit more from the competition.
