Elastomer is the core unit of a dynamic sensor. At present the main method of analysis a elastomer of a dynamic sensor is simply the elastomer's modal at first, and get the results by dynamic calculation. However, this method ignore the contribution of a part of mini units, especially to a complicated, highly compiled and high precision dynamic sensor's elastomer, this method is can't carry through in analyzing. This paper take elastomer of Sartorius Dynamoelectric force equalized weighing sensor, a high precision and high differentiate dynamic sensor as studied object, study its structure, analysis it using Finite Element Method, build up its structural modal and calculate its press and strain characters under different static force loads in ANSYS software. Through analyzing the structure and dynamic character of the elastomer of the object modal, this paper sum up the contracture'characteristic and the general method to design this type of elastomer and analysis method using Finite Element Method in analyzing a complex elastomer, and provide assistance in optimizing the dynamic sensor. In this paper, the main tusk is analyzing Sartorius Dynamoelectric force equalized weighing sensor's elastomer. Using ANSYS software, I set up a analysis model and divide the model into elements by grid, then set loads and get results. Search each dynam characteristic in rear-disposal process, get the notes'information in the part that having sensitive dynam characteristic combines the theory of continuum function method, and calculate the girder and the lever. Through analyzing the character of the whole structure coorperation, we get the basic method and principia of design a dynamoelectrical force equalized weighing sensor'a elastomer. Base on the basic method and principia, we reconstruct a part of units in Sartorius dynamoelectrical force equalized weighing sensor'a elastomer, and prove the method and principia isright.
