The forming of network makes the control technology develop into a fire-new phrase, which boosts the intersectional development of several subjects, such as control, computer and communication technology and so on. In modern process control systems, Ethernet is achieving a lead position, owing to its rapid transmission and determination, and widely used in the industrial automation technology. Nevertheless, this paper analyses the Ethernet and designs a platform, with which the communication between devices is achieved easily. The data transmission is fulfilled through Ethernet card, which controlled by the single chip. Based on Mamdani type FIS, a Fuzzy logic controller is designed to control the electric oven. The relevant simulation analysis on the control system's quality is taken by utilizing MATLAB. The real operation of the control system is conducted. The results from systematical simulation and local operation turn out that the fuzzy control can satisfactorily realize the control process.
