This Thesis penetrate into analyze development status and adoptive technology trait of B2B E-business. Based on the shortcoming existed, mobile agent technology is introduced into the realization of B2B Cooperative E-Business information fields, at the same time Web service technology is also combined with the development of B2B E-business. So the information construction of B2B E-Business will be done better. At present, B2B E-Business technologies required come down to distributing network communication technology such as Internet, Intranet/Extranet, Web services and so on. These technologies make good base for distributed information transmission, data accessing and resource sharing. Especially the appearance of Web technology provides with network access methods that has lower cost and friendly UI, and this technology can effectively resolve real time accessing of B2B E-business information and resource. E-Business has make great progress from naissance to now. Due to many kinds of distributed technology that is used for E-Business, and every technology has own trait, it is difficult to realize mutual operation between them. And the frame pattern of these technology applied to E-Business is mainly based on the structure of Browser/Web, so this structure restricts development of E-Business. The deficiency of the structure is the lack of agility, lower efficiency, weakly stability and worse mutual operation. Firstly this thesis studies the problem that mutual operation is lack in the B2B E-Business platform, and we introduce Web services. But Web service is still a RPC computation pattern, which only resolves the problem of mutual operation between isomerous distributed platforms, and is still lack of the resolving ability of problem above intelligently. Aiming at the deficiency of distributed technology in the computing pattern, we introduce agent idea in the fields of artificial intelligent, set forth Web service, mobile agent, each trait and advantage. Secondly based on the analysis of these technologies, we provide with the method that is integrated Web service with mobile agent, and design a common EcAgent frame pattern. Lastly using web service as uphold environment, using mobile agent as intelligence agent that can transfer function between components of within frame. We make use of JADE platform to develop a prototype system of B2B E-Business equipment stock. In this prototype, we also resolve the mutual operation between Web services and mobile agent. From this prototype, we also give a research expectation of the future B2B E-business.
