Study On Swithing Power Supply With High Power And High Frequency

This paper proposed the concrete scheme for the switching mode power supply with high frequency and high power based on the development of SMPS. The structure and parameters of the main circuit and the control circuit had been designed in theory and a deeper research on the parallel connection of MOSFET and EMC in power supply had been made. Then a simulation for the entire system using PSPICE has been made. On the basis of the analysis in theory and simulation, the experiments of the power supply with high frequency( 200kHz)and high powe(r 3kW)had been made. It is proved that the design is correct in term of the results. Moreover, an improved clamp circuit on the secondary part is proposed based on the representative clamp circuits.The findings can be a reference for the correlative research.
