On the foundation of theresearch on DCS Structure, DCS configuration software and DCS simulation modeling, thepaper puts forward a project to carry out the full-range DCS simulation system, and studiesthe key technique involved. Take the third generation DCS product of Beijing Hollysys Co.,Ltd – MACS (Meet-All-Customers'-Satisfaction) as object to develop a set of full-rangeDCS simulation software finally, which simulate the DCS operation station interface that is inaccordance with the real unit. It offers visual modeling platform and operation platform andthe function of creating, online modifying and debugging the simulation model. It enables totrain the operation personnel to carry on configuration and debug of DCS system. Practiceindicates that this scheme is feasible and universality.
