The measurement of the small interferential angle of peg-top is a key technology in the process of fabricating peg-top. On the base of analyzing peg-top ,we study deeply the interrelated documents in the area of dynamic measurement of small angle and bring forward a technical project to measure the angle, which uses the optical method, combines the high-resolution Position Sensitive Detector(PSD),integrates with a computer which executes the data collecting and analyzing task. As a result, we develop a special high-resolution laser detector, which is applied successfully to produce the peg-top. The difficult problem is resolved successfully in peg-top producing process and the blank in this area of our country is filled. In the process of measuring system developing, the following key technologies are studied: (1) Design the light way. The high stable light source and special power system are designed. According to the characteristic of the reflector of peg-top which is a paraboloid, we design the special light way, which use fully the reflector and overcome the abrrance of light beam after reflected by the paraboloid. The request of sensor system is satisfied. (2) Study the special property of PSD and realize the high-resolution. According to the work principle and property of PSD, we focus on the study of interfering complications that effect the precision. And we make an academic analyzing on the non-linear error correct of PSD and obtain a nice result. (3) Design the data collect system and data processing software. According to the request of measuring system, the auto measuring and high-speed data processing are necessary. On the base of analyzing system, we develop the software which executes the data collect/analyzing and system control and realize the high-speed auto measuring function. The measuring resolution of the system is 0.1′in the range of ±10′and can make a precise measuring of the interfering angle of peg-top. It changed the state that the interfering angle can not be estimate precisely and provide scientific foundation. The system can also be used in the particle scattering, nanometer measuring and the high-speed axis aberrance, small angle and minor displacement. It has an important significance in the scientific research and industrial production.
