Nowadays war can not get away from communication. Information war will become the main form of the war in the information-ages. The usage of the communication gives the birth of ECCM, and ECCM accelerates the development of communication technique which also makes effect to ECCM. Communication and ECCM like two part of the coin. It is unimagined any part of the belligerence only uses communication without ECCM. ECCM that all the countries make great efforts to improve becomes a main and indispensability measure. Frequency-hopping system has well anti-jamming capability, low intercept probability and form net ability, so it has application on the military initially and improves anti-jamming capability and low intercept probability of the military equipment rapidly, and ECCM faces a serious problem. It is one of the most important work to research the means of intercepting and distinguishing and jamming the FH. The paper introduces the general situation of FH transmitter-receiver and FH technique,describe the principle of FH system and FH/MFSK system. In order to test the Bit Error Rate under jamming, we design data transmission terminator of a certain FH transmitter-receiver,and electrical level conversion of interface between the computer and FH station. The interface electrical level of station is RS485, but the computer's always TTL or RS232, so,it needs conversion hardware. We also realize P to P data communication between two stations and multi-code and short-message and file transmission. After communication, gives error rate except short message. Finally, the paper annalists the performance of FH/MFSK system under jamming.
