Design And Implementation Of Security Trade Customer Service Management Information System

With the rapid development of Internet, the way of information fetching and communicating has been changed a lot. With the use of Internet technology, the development of Browser/Server (B/S) based MIS (Management Information Systems) makes the way of designing a MIS turning to be much different from the traditional way, because it's easier to develop, more convenient to use and simpler to maintain. But in some particular cases, the traditional way of MIS, which is based on the Client/Server architecture, has many advantages than that of B/S based architecture. The thesis studies a case of designing and developing a small MIS, which is for the customer information management of a stock company. With the results of comparing C/S architecture with B/S architecture and the context of applying, we determined to choose B/S architecture. The developing platform selects .Net platform that Microsoft puts out newly. This paper carries on the discussion on database query optimization by building up index, optimizing index and optimizing access mode; we configure the hardware from two aspects, memory and communication I/O by mathematics modeling for the I/O process, and deduces some I/O performance formulas and analyzes important parameter in the I/O process. In the aspects of software design and software coding we improve the service performance by page optimization, reduction the time of the network communication and the amount of the network communication, and also string operation performance optimization. Meanwhile this paper explains how to control the system security through data access and Web access control. Humanized user interface design in this system makes user easy to operate. On the other hand, the function of each module is independent which is helpful for maintenance and extendency. After the running of the system, it improves the customer service level of the stock company, also makes staffs more convenient, general and considerate to manage the customer information, which makes the stock company maintaining a good customer relationship. Meanwhile this system can be as the evaluation evidence for the customer service quality and staff examine.
