With the development of Chinese information progress, more and more applications occur in enterprises. Users are required to input their usernames and passwords before accessing those applications. For the application users, it is emergent to have a secure tool that can simplify the login procedure. Users' requirements catalyse the birth of SSO technology.The dissertation gives a survey on the current researches on SSO and some related fields. The most current SSO products do not support windows applications, and lack of mature authentication strategies. We propose an original Sing-Sign On system - JTang SSO, which is distributed, secure, and loose-coupling and supports multi-mode applications.Base on the guideline of sharing the application's login procedure, we design the system architecture of JTang SSO. The paper introduces its guideline, structure and principle emphasisly.JTang SSO adopts smart security strategy, and resolves the difficulty in implementing SSO in windows applications. The paper gives the details of several pivotal techniques of JTang SSO, including the auto-login technology of the web and windows applications, and the sharing of distributed xml files. Finally, it illustrates some case studies to show the efficiency and practicability. |
