Research On The Construction Of Network Higher Educational Resources

The 21st century is the knowledge economy time. It is more and more important for the development of economy that knowledge is created, popularized and utilized. Educational organization is society department, with the development of the network technology and the dissemination of computer using, the model and the custom of learning is changing. More and more people who is on the job, and students in school make the choice of learning in net. Educational informazation is inexorable trend, in which exploiting and utilizing educational resources is the heart of the matter. In China, the construction of the net in college is the better than others, especially the facilities. Some college has come to the most advanced level in other countries. However the growing of the exploiting and utilizing educational resources is backward, which embodies two points, one is the traditional resources has not been fully exploited; the other is that the educational resources in effect is scattered, independent and lacking program. The construction of network higher educational resources has been attention by scholar and other people.This paper discovered the concept of network higher educational resources, and analyzed the method of the classification. The network higher educational resources are made of learning resources, serving resources and circumstances resources. By comparing with other countries and analyzing the network higher educational resources in our country which has experience and trouble, the paper give some constructive suggestions.
