Designing & Realizing The Customer Service System Of Fund Industry

Open-end Fund is the development direction of our country's fund industry, and the service will be the core competence of the fond management companies. The fond management companies need to construct a whole customer service system which kernel is the call-center, and use this system to provide investor service that unite standardization and individuation. The thesis analyzes the special requirement of the fund industry customer service system, programs the system structure of the fond industry call center system, and sums up how to concretely bring the system structure realization. The main content of the thesis are as follows:1 , Expounds the development trend of our country's fund industry, and the demand of the customer service system.2, Discusses the design principle of fund industry call-center system, and puts forward the hierarchy of system structure formed based on that principle, including communication platform, business platform, data information platform, and discusses the function of every hierarchy.3 , Against now the business environment of our fund management companies, analyses three popular equipments of the call-center communication platform, puts forward the communication platform design project that suits the requirement of our fond management companies, and through combing with CPCI equipment platform, concretely analyzes how to form the modules and realize the function of communication platform.4, Discusses the system structure and design principle of business platform based on MVC mode, programs the logistic components of business platform, puts forward the conception of business manage system. And against the network environment of our fund management companies, makes security design for the business platform realization.
