This paper analysis the process of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), discusses the advantage and disadvantage of different kinds of popular software development mode in nowadays. Base on the practical experience of "intelligent reconstruction ERP for small and medium enterprise" project, the paper proposes a new non-compile approach, using XML as a standard data browse description language, to browse and manipulate those data in the database, which make data manage software more easy to develop and convenient for the software reconstruction. The main tasks that completed in the paper are as follows:1. Discussing the popular ERP development mode, base on practical requirement of the enterprise, the popular software development mode, and the problems we meet in the development process, the paper introduces the development trend and situation of this region.2. Considering the practical problem we faced when we deploy the ERP system, the paper combines the advantages of software reconstruction and the situation of ERP development, making the target of this project.3. Comparing those different platforms that we want to use to develop on, and those language standards that we want to use as our content language. We find out that the .net platform and XML would be our beat choice for this project.4. Focusing on the structure and realization method, depending on project of "intelligent reconstruction ERP for small and medium enterprise", the paper presentation the main framework of the framework of this system, discuss the internal mechanism in detail. Introduce the basic structure of xml file which the system used.5. Construct an instance to illustrate the capability of this framework, making the reader understanding the system more clearly.
