Nowadays, with the world economy going to unification, the business circumstances ofenterprises have experienced severe changes. Customers are no longer inactively acceptors,their situations in trade have changed thoroughly. The era of customers yielding to Productshas gone. Enterprises have to rebuild a series of circles, such as Producing, marketing andservice providing, to Put customers' demands on a core place. In order to provide individualservices to customers, enterprises also realize the significances of tracking the interestchanges one of the important methods to achieve this goal is Customer RelationshipManagement, or CRM. By contacting with customers, enterprises may know them and theirbehaviors well, so that they can retain the customers and improve the profit. By implementingCRM, customers' situation may be analyzed, and so that different contribution may becleared.Data Mining is defined to pick up shield, unknown and uncommon, latent message andmodel in the large or data warehouse. It is a new field with high value melts many theory andtechnology such as database, AI, computer studying, accounting etc. Association analyst,relational analyst, forecast analyst, clustering analyst are all key method of data mining.This thesis clarifies the DM(Data Mining)technology background and the PracticalProblems in CRM area. It also reviews the business value and function after using DM inCRM,including customer fractionize,customer require,Product recommend,and customerretain. And we discussed two patterns in this theme: association rules and sequential patterns.Also we presented a program and compared some algorithms about these subjects. In the lightof the actuality of Changchun 999 pharmaceutical Ltd,this paper put forwards the CRMmodel and data mining technology which will satisfy the needs of Changchun 999pharmaceutical Ltd and its solutions.
