Purpose of the ResearchThe support system of telecom trade goes through manual manager , computer manager and large BSS(Bussiness Support System) and OSS (Operation Support System) system in our country since 80's of the last centry.Now, we jion the international competition with over 400 million users.With the limition of the technology,managerment and other impersonality condition,many individual system was built for special purpose.These system is short of integration plan and nessesary interface because of independence construction, many"Information Island"are here.Each system contains large information duplicated to other system, and data is not same to each other.So the corporation must maintenance each copy mannualy and can not get only one accurate result.This project will solve the problem above, give a integration solution to build a BOSS(Bussiness and Operation Support System) for telecom trade and apply it into production to test its design and improve it.2. The Structure of BOSSThis BOSS project designing bases on the TOM of TMF.TOM separate the BOSS into three part: Service Fulfilment,Service Assurance and Service Billing vertically; and separate the BOSS into three part: Customer Interface Management Processes, Service Development and Operations Processes and Network and System Management Processes horizonetally. Basically, TOM consits of 15 modules totally.According to the TOM, modules is been reorganized into eight functional sub-system, and connect them with EAI Platform. So they transfer information through EAI BUS and work as a integrity system.Eight sub-system is Integration-Service-Provider-Platform(ISPP), Online-Coolection-System(OCS), Billing-Account-System(BAS), Settlment-System(SS), Switch-Network-Managerment-System(SNMS), Callcenter-Systen(CS), Datawarehouse-System(DS).3.
