The Networked After-Service System Guarantee Fee Management's Realization And Association Rules Mining Study

Improving the quality of truck after service is a aim of truck mills and the vast numbers of consumers. Traditional after-service style is inefficient and can' t meet the need of increasing numbers of trucks. Particularly in guarantee repair service in which data is dealt manually and the bills are sent through postal service. This condition has become obstruct to improve after-service.The wild applying of computer and Internet provides a new solution for after-service of enterprises. Some large enterprises have completed information construction and developed their own application software including after-service system. The efficiency is increased by connecting the enterprises and their service station through Internet. But most other enterprises have no ability to develop and maintain their own software. So the pattern that enterprises pay low to rent information service based on the independent platform has become an efficient way to solve this problem.The relationship between after-service system and truck industrial chain collaborative platform is analyzed. The solution to guarantee repair management based on the guarantee repair workflow that was got by investigating the enterprise' s requirement is prompted. The system is designed and module' s functions are introduced. Technologies that are related to the system are analyzed and development is completed.The user' s requirement in KDD(knowledge discovery in databases) is studied. The algorithms of association rules mining are compared and the advantages and procedures of FP-growthalgorithm are explained in great detail. The association rules mining of the affection between spare parts and broken parts or the combinations of spare parts and broken parts from data base is realized.
