Radio frequency transceiver circuits have a very broad range of applications. In civil use, the development of mobile telecommunicaion and mobile computer technology push us to a new enviorment. In military, radar is not only used to search and detect the enemy's plane, naval vessel and vehicle, but also used to act as weapon guidence. As we can see, not only in civile but also in military field, RF circits pay a more and more important role in radio communications.In this paper, receiver RF front-end is researched and designed, both devices and system. Firstly, the principle of RF circuits is discussed. Then this paper deals with the design and realization of 3GHz microtrip antenna, 900 MHz LNA and S-band mixer. In view of the method of device designing, a WCDMA RF receiver is given.As a result, we can not only reduce the R&D cost, but also easily realize the goal with ADS, which can be used in designing RF transciever. |
