With the development of the computer and relative technology, it is possible to integrate the computing communication , networking and sensing into one tiny embedded device .In this paper,we discuss the node software and hardware develop based on microprocessor ARM and real-time operating system uC/OS-II.ARM processor is a kind of advanced 32-bit embedded RISC microprocessor accredited in this field. The real-time operating system uC/OS-II is adopted in the software platform . Operating Systems can simplify the design by dividing the application into some tasks.uC/OS-II is a kind of Multi-tasks, real-time and operation system which is especially designed for the microprocessor. It has many advantages, for example: its kernel source code is open, it is easy to learn, and it can easily transplanted. In this paper, the main content is the develop process of the embedded digital thermometer based on the 32-bit ARM microprocessor-LPC2210 and embedded real-time operation system μ C/OS-II. And also we expatiate this thermometer's material technology and the technology's corresponding realization methods. We combine the high quality.low power consumption 32-bit RISC structured ARM'S kernel processor with the embedded Multiplan operation system μC/OS-II whose kernel source node is open to build up the hardware plate which consist of microprocessor LPC2210, flash, SARM, keyboard,PC and display. Embed real-time operation system uC/OS-II to this hardware plate, and combine the software plate EasyARM2200, so as to finish the design and the development of the embedded digital thermometer. The platform cnsists of several nodes. The node consists of multi-sensors, CPU,communicating module, and PC. The information collected by the node is sent to the host computer .And communicating with other nodes.
