The invention of robot has changed the mode of production, that is, it has changed the mode that human beings face the production directly into another one that human beings face the robot first and then the robot face the production. As the education which spreads and develops human beings' civilization, what's the present situation of the robot education in China? This essay states the fact that the teaching of robot is not practical and has not theoretical base during the basic teaching period. Analyzing the theory system of MCS-51 and the practice from the forming robot step by step, the essay demonstrates we should take MCS-51 as the theoretical base for robot teaching. The whole essay consists of three hands as follows.In the part of preface, the author comes up with the definition of robot and the two standards for measuring robot. Secondly the author analyses the present situation of robot teaching during the foundation stage in our country, and then poses the shortcomings in the teaching process and its causes. Finally, the author poses the studying contents and the meaning.Chapter 1 comes to the robot education. In general outline of robot, the writer does some research on the present situation of robot studying and its technology field. In this part, the author also does some research on the developing direction of robot technology. Then, the writer set up his macroscopic speculation about the teaching of robot on the base of the regulation of cognizing and professional subject on machinery. Finally, considering the function which the single-chip microcomputer takes in the forming of machinery theory, the writer demonstrates the importance and necessity of foundational construction of theory.Chapter 2 warily analyses the basic knowledge of single-chip computer. It consists of the following 4 parts: the development of single-chip computer structure system, Important position of Intel corpotation and the market position of MCS-51, single-chip computers structure principle and the methods of searching sites. This part is not only the substantial evidence to the steadiness of single-chip computer theoretical system which is described in Chapter 1, but also is the knowledge preparation for chapter 3.Chapter 3 is the practical part of the whole essay, and it is the direct description inwhich the author looks forward to seeing the fact that MCS-51 will become the theoretical foundation in the robot teaching process. As a whole body, the ten experiments are about the forming of robot, but they are individual from each other.The passage includes the meaning of the experiments, and the system design from the knowledge introduction to debugging of the programmer and the writer pay much attention to the maneuverability.In a word, this essay draws a conclusion that we should take the scientific suggestion as the main development direction in the process of robot teaching during the basic education period in our country. Virtually, robot education can successfully solve the two problems which exist at present only on the base of MCS-51 theoretical foundation.
