In modern radio communication net system, Because of the digital transmission model, the infection brought by radio channel is overcame, and the efficiency of spectrum is improved. The development of digital communication brings along the research of new test technologies. The vector signal analysis is a type of signal analysis technologies arisen these years.Firstly, this paper introduces the principle of digital modulation and digital demodulation simply, as well as the method and the principia of measuring digital modulation signal. Secondly, it describes clearly about the vector signal analysis technologies, also a basic model of signal analysis and means of measure, and summarizes the scheme of measure and demodulation analysis model. It discusses the design of hardware circuit of the vector analyzer, including the design scheme, the module of microwave receiver, digital IF, capture base signal, and Digital Signal Processing. It describes clearly the software of vector signal demodulation, including the frequency offset calculation, magnitude and group-delay compensate, and pulse shaping filter. In this paper we would found some simulation results and some measure results.The main achievement of this paper is the vector signal analyzer that could roundly measure and analyze the digital modulation signal accurately.
