Study On Multi-Rate Reading And Charge Management Information System Based On COM

With the policy of multi-rate electricity Price coming on, every corporation of electricity must use advanced technology to adapt the situation. In general, the former settlement hasn't satisfied the need of new situation. The departments including the generating station, the electricity office are compelled to use settlement which is more dependable, more precision, more intellective to compute the electricity and charge. In this paper, Multi-rate Reading and Charge Manage Information System Based on COM is designed and implemented.First of all, this paper analyzed shortcomings of the current Multi-rate Reading and Charge Management Information System. On this base, the idea of three-tiered C/S framework replacing two-tiered C/S framework is put forward and the middle tier is carried out by COM.Moreover, this paper discussed the technology of COM, including the COM' characteristic and mechanism of realization. The predominance of Multi-rate Reading and Charge Management Information System Based on COM was discoursed upon. The technology of COM was utilized to this system .The paper also introduced the Fuzzy Theory and the function of calculation of Line-loss rate.Finally, system' requirement was analyzed, system' model was designed, system' Classes were set up, system' function was achieved.
