The Virtual Enterprise is a new management organization form andcompetition tactic, which is considered to be the most promising paradigms forfuture enterprises. Each member of Virtual Enterprise will contribute primarilywhat it regards as its core competencies, and they win by catch the marketopportunity at the same time. It is pursued by investigators and providentcompanies, and is becoming the research hotspot. The enterprise applicationintegration and information safety infrastructure of Virtual Enterprise are corefocused issue of Virtual Enterprise. In the article we analyse many agiletechnology, then analyse and do research on Virtual Enterprise architecture ofinformation systems, prototype model, enterprise application integration andinformation safety of prototype system.At first, after analyzing the characteristic of current Virtual Enterprisearchitecture, the thesis we investigate the technology of MAS, CORBA, Javaand Web Service, then put forward an reconstruction, reengineering andscalability Virtual Enterprise information structure of MC-Web supported byJava software technology, based on which we present a prototype model.of thearchitecture, where the inner private resources of Virtual Enterprise are wellprotected by separating the inner manufacture logic from the business logic.Then we deal with many inner module of the prototype model. It is emphasizedon the design of MAS in information portal, wrapper design of legacy systemand functional design of server.Secondly, after analyzing the current status of enterprise applicationintegration, the article put forward an entire model of prototype systementerprise application integration based on MC-Web, from inner to outer ofVirtual Enterprise, which is involved in information integration, interfaceencapsulation, component integration and process integration, include six partsin detail. The article put emphasis on the research of enterprise applicationintegration over Virtual Enterprise based on Web Service.At last, as there are very few researches on Virtual Enterprise informationsafety and still no entire framework of information safety, the article doesresearch on safety criterion, secrecy mechanism and authorization encrypttechnology, an entire model of virtual enterprise information safety of prototypesystem based on MC-Web is proposed. The model includes six parts. The articledo emphasis research and analysis on communication safety over enterprise andcommerce trade safety.
