Backlash Nonlinearity, multiple-value function, is one of the familiar nonlinearities in the industrial process and can result in oscillation and limit cycles in the control systems, thus it is harmful for the control system. This thesis is to find a way to reduce or delete the affection of the backlash nonlinearity. The mathematic model for backlash and its corresponding inverse model-Backlash Inverse have been made out. Controllers have been designed with such models as deadzone compensator, backlash inverse compensator and BP neural network(BPNN) compensator for the control of systems with backlash nonlinearity and good results have been founded. Finally, the Describing Function method is used for basically analyzing the stabilities of system with backlash nonlinearity and the H∞ control theory is combounded for the system designing . |
