Research And Realization Of Medical Expert System Based On Relational Database

Urgent abdomen illness is kind of illness with the main character of bellyache, this illness is charactered by coming and changing quickly and serious state. If without treatment in few hours, the states will go on much worst even to threaten the life. The Expert system can be define as knowledge add reasoning add arithmetic. The medicine diagnose is a typical expert task, through developing this system, the knowledge and experiences of experts can be fully used, through this, not only the rich experiences of experts can be inherited, but also the difference of medical treatment level between different regions and the high price of medical treatment will be reduced. All these make expert system of special application domain about diagnosis become a research focus.This paper generally introduces the pivotal technology of expert system such as methods of representing and dealing with the knowledge, uncertain reasoning methods and methods of obtaining knowledge. This paper introduces the methods of design and realization about expert system of urgent abdomen illness in detail. This system is a production representation system based on rule. The system adopts production representation method to represent knowledge, certainty factors as the arithmetic of reasoning. This system is kind of system based on database, using relation schema to describe and store the knowledge, database to manage the library of knowledge, database search to realize the reasoning. This paper also introduces the structure of library of knowledge and other work tables in running time.This system consists of several modules such as user landing module, server connection module, user management module, library of knowledge management module, reasoning mechanism module, explanation mechanism module, online help module of urgent abdomen illness. Adopting method of modularization design can preserve independence of different pars in the system, enhance the open-ended character of system. The system can be divided into two parts according to function, the one is diagnosis, from creating case history, diagnoses, explanation of the diagnoses, to print the case history, the other is a flat of study and intercommunion.
