The paper introduces the basic conception and features of bank-based informationmanagement, and the advantages and shortcomings of some common information managementtechnologies. As an example, a bank-based information management system of Daqing oil fieldis completed. The implementation technologies are dissertated, as far as the process of the designand implementation. Further more, the key technologies are expatiated.Bank-based information management is a new method to manage information, it demandsthe system own the feathers of bank, in other words, with qualities of high integrity, convenience,security and precision. These are depended on data encryption and decryption, and multi-tierdatabase, software engineering and ASP.NET, etc. Of these, Unified user validation and COMcomponent are depicted in detail.The bank-based information management system of oil field adopt browser-server mode, itprovides users a transparent, convenient, friendly information management platform, an efficienttool for administrator to configure, look over, manage the system resource. The system is dividedinto three parts as user validation, common user module and administrator system.It emphasizes on the key technology and how to use them in the three parts of the system:general design, the procedure of how to realize and optimize it. In the phrase of design, thesystem is divided as before, this may benefit the task-divided and parallel development. Theresult of database design is achieved the third normal form. Several technologies, includingdomain user, multi-tier database, data encryption-decryption, COM component as well asASP.NET technology run in this system. The functions that they achieved are as below: unifieduser validation, wide area service and burden balance, user data security, common userinformation management, administrator system. For higher speed, security and robust, storedprocedure and dynamic linked library, network test are taken to optimize the system.In the paper, I take out the folder transfer arithmetic, including folder-uploaded,folder-downloaded and folder-deleted, more important, the time and space complexity arecomputed;The instance system connect on the domain user system of petroleum of China;Thesymmetrical encrypt on the user files transparently;Combining the ADO.NET database accesstechnology with kernel component Datagrid, data show, query, delete, edit and so on are solved;Based on the SQLDMO, database store and restore are finished;Finally, we draw picture aspillar and cake, do operation on file, directory and disk with ASP.NET.The bank-based information management system is widely used in production and everydaylife, it also provides a solution of information management for Large and medium-sizedenterprise.
