This topic research and develop SVC (Static Var Compensator) control system based on DSP , was the embeded system computer technology and electric power electronic technology integrate example. Based on analyzed several kinds of SVC intelligence data control system plan, considered Xi'an electricity science and technology industrial Corporation proposed the system demand, proposed one kind embeded real-time data acquisition and the control system solution based on double DSP TMS320F2812. Designed the hardware electric circuit, and developed the systems control software on the corresponding foundation, completed the overall system association debug, the test result had achieved the control plan proposed request.Put the SVC intelligence data control system to the field test, proved this system function complete, and has the precision high, the real-time high speed of response, the more reliable characteristic.This article has analyzed the system regulator's overall request, and proposed this system function based on the overall plan, in the component choice, control mode and so on have carried on the detailed comparison. Proposed the software and hardware design proposal, and realized the hardware electric circuit and the software function module.In the hardware ,Many work has done to the detailed research on data acquisition module and on communication module, and controlled the chip to the PLL(phase-lock loop) electric circuit and analyze the characteristic of host control chip , implement the AD gathering, the commucaion function, rear control function and so on. the plan In the software from the carries on system function realization point to the software system design, make the system each part of software and hardware realizes and adjusts easily by using the module method in design the software. The article has carried on a more detailed description to in the system design and the implementation key problem. After system analysis, chip choice, software and hardware design and programming debugging, implement overall system,and achieved the anticipated goal.
