It is anticipated that around 2010 the next generation og GNSS will offer around one hundred satellites for positioning and navigation . This includes constellations from the US modernized Global Positioning System, the Russion Glonass, the European Galileo, the Japanese QuasiZenith Satellites System and the Chinese Beidou. Although the global positioning system is the most accurate radio-navigation system, a lot of users are still not satisfied with the accuracy of the original positioning. The GPS positioning data are often interrupted in practical situation, however, for navigating purpose the positioning data are required continuously. As a result of observation signal failed under some errors' influence, the precision of point positioning are generally inhomogeneous. So the disposal of interruption data has important and practical significance. This paper describes a method, first, transforming the time-domain data to frequency-domain by FFT, and then, restoring interruption data by IFFT after picked-up effective component from primary signals. Examples show that this method can restoring interruption data effectively for low dynamic flying data in a short time. Resultingly gross errors usually are of high frequency properties, The position data can be smoothed effectively by using sutra method—FFT. In this way, accordingly, the position precision of navigation can be modified. This paper described the related theories used in this study, and presented a few experimental examples to show results. Meanwhile, this paper presented a integrated C++ program about FFT and IFFT.MFGsoft, in its first version, is a real time multi-functional GPS software developed at the GeoForschungsZentrum Potsdam for following the development of the EU Galileo system and for simulating the measurement of the Galileo system. The goal is to develop a software which is able to process both the GPS and Galileo navigating and positioning data. MFGsoft is developed by the C language, and runs under UNIX, the user control is unitary. This paper analyzed the user interface requirements, and packed the interface of the software under Windows XP operating system. The user interface designed in this paper is neat, professional...
