Study On Embedded Platform Of Auto Repairing Systems

Auto inspecting and repairing systems are necessary tools for inspecting and repairing cars.For different controlling systems, there are many types of auto inspecting and repairing systems, and this system is an auto computer inspecting and repairing system. Auto computer is a electronic equipment that manages input signal with scheduled program and exports signal, then controls auto running.Auto computer mostly includes singlechip and memorizer. Singlechip converts analog signals into digital signals and contrasts it with the data in the memorizer, then calculates output value, the output signals control executive machine (such as relay) after amplifying throughout amplifier. The function of auto computer grows stronger along with stronger of singlechip' function.The system can inspect auto computer and mostly control the data in singlechip and memorizer, such as reading, writing and erasing.The paper mostly studies applying of embedded platform in the system and design of software and hardware.Firstly, the paper introduces the background of the auto inspecting and repairing system and the profit of the embedded system for this system;sets a goal of the paper and lists the tasks I will do. Then the paper dissertates the two key technology of the embedded system — embedded CPU and RTOS.Secondly, I dissertate in detail the hardware design and the implementation of the board including CPU module , memory system, HM interface and communication module, also introduce the making of the PCBboard.Thirdly, the paper introduces the hardware debugging and software design of the platform. This section consists of the debugging technique, booting program and the custom of Windows CE, in the end I introduce the development of the application program for the system.At last, the paper introduces the application and performance of the program in this system. Then it recommends the advanced view of research task.
