The development of the computer network makes it important to guaranteeinformation security and transmission trustiness. These days, cryptograph has alreadybeen the kernel content for the field of network security and information security.At the same time, our relative laws demand that network security products, especialcryptography products, must be based on our national Intellectual Property. And theCryptography Card is an important type in cryptography products. So it is necessaryfor us to work out the Cryptography Card with the national special algorithms.This paper mainly studies the techniques and methods on performance improvementand stability enhancement of the High Speed Cryptography Card. These techniques arerelated with the high speed DSP technology, the driver technology of PCI device, thetechnology of optimization, debugging and testing. With reference to the hardwareknowledge of the Cryptography Card, this paper studies some key software techniquesto realize the high speed and stability. Also this paper summarizes a set of effectivemethods about optimization, debugging and testing.The software architecture of the Cryptography Card is a layered structure, so theincrement method is adopted during the development. On the basis of comprehensionand mastery about the key techniques realized, the performance bottlenecks and theunstabilizing factors are found from the test data. Then the remedies are suited tothe cases and they are solved separately. At last, the object of performanceimprovement is arrived, and the stability of the Cryptography Card is enhanced.
