For the electrical conductivity and processability of the high polymermaterial ,the conductive polymer can transmit electrical signal on very widefrequency range (from direct current frequency to light-wave frequency).Through the chemical or electrochemical doping the level of conductivitychanges from the insulator to semiconductor and conductor ,etc.(in10-9~105S/cm).At present, the application of the conductive polymerconcentrates in the fields of the electron , microelectronics industry andchemical industry ,etc. ,such as defending the static, electromagnetic waveshielding , anticorrosion , sensitive element , electrochromic materials andmolecule grades of circuit ,etc.Doped polyaniline hardly dissolve in any solvent because of strongintermoleculer force and high rigidity of molecular chain.This limited theapplication on technology. In the hope of improving the solution of PAn thedomestic and international scientific worker adopts substituted aniline topolymerize , organic acid and the macromolecule to dope the PAn , aniline topolymerize in situ , emulsion polymerizton in-situ etc,and have made progress.The development of dissolubility PAn and free standing film of Pan blazed thepath for application of membrane material on technology.This paper regards polyaniline as the object and prepare polyaniline thinfilm or coating through chemistry or electrochemical means, expecting toobtain polyaniline membrane material with good processing characteristicsand stability. Doping research on polyaniline with sulfosalicylic acid wasmade in the method of electrochemistry,under the mode of constantcurrent .Such factors as the structure and density of dopant, doped time ,temperature ,etc. to influence the environmental stability of polyaniline wasanalyzed,whether is it happen with better environment stability anddissolubility.The electric chemical reaction terms of preparation ofpolyaniline: the density of aniline: 0.7~0.9mol/L;the density of HClO4:2.0~3.0mol/L;The density of the electric current: 3~4mA/cm2;Response time:2~3h;Temperature: Room temperature.Polyaniline membrane material was prepared reling on emulsionpolymerizton in-situ and charictrized its properties.It was studied thatdifferent method and terms of polymerize PAn membrane influence onproperty and electric conductivity.Relation among stability , structure andmorphologic of electric conductive polyaniline membrane material ,etc.wasstudied. The improvement the dissolubility and conductivity of Pan wasstudied through dopants,Accordiing to the principle electroplated directly, it will be done thattring to deposit polyaniline on PCB board .
