In recent years,flexible sensors have been widely used in touch screens,electronic skins,environmental sensors,and wearable human physiological sensors.In terms of materials,research on materials such as semiconductor oxides,carbon materials,conductive polymers and nanocomposites has become more and more detailed.Among them,conductive polymers including polyaniline,polythiophene,polypyrrole,have performed well due to their low manufacturing cost,low density,good processability,high mechanical flexibility and extensive chemical functionalization.The material is used in flexible sensors.Polyaniline has drawn a lot of attentions due to its unique and controlled chemical and electrical properties.In this experiment,flexible sensors can be fabricated through the unique doping/de-doping of polyaniline and simple method.The aspects are discussed as follows:(1)The polyaniline-ionic liquid based sensors were used for temperature detecting.First,the doped polyaniline powder is dedoped to obtain an eigenstate polyaniline powder;then the eigenstate polyaniline is blended with cellulose acetate,ionic liquid and other materials to obtain an ink;finally,the temperature sensor was printed on the A4 paper by screen printing method.At the same time,the near-infrared imager and the electrochemical workstation were used to detect the temperature sensing of the paper chip.The results have shown that the polyaniline-ionic liquid paper-based temperature sensor can detect the temperature and has higher sensitivity.(2)The polyurethane-polyaniline flexible sensor was used to organic gas sensing.Firstly,a polyurethane elastomer film is synthesized by synthesizing a prepolymer and then a chain extender and a crosslinking agent;then polyaniline is polymerized in situ on the polyurethane surface;finally,the as-prepared polyaniline is modified by modifying the surface of the polyurethane.The growth quality of polyaniline on the surface of polyurethane elastomer was investigated by setting the polymerization time,and the effect of polyaniline on the properties of polyurethane was investigated.At the same time,in the application of conductive elastomers,research on corresponding changes and organic vapor detection.The experimental results show that the polyurethane-polyaniline flexible sensor has high sensitivity to methanol and ethanol vapor,and has potential for practical application in alcohol detection.As a contrast,PDA modified PU could partly increase the deposited quality of PANI,which has also enlarged the detecting sensitivity of organic gas.
