Networked Control Systems (NCSs) have been applied to many industrial fields corresponding with the development of network, which mean signals of controller, sensor and system input, output communicate over network. Problems introduced by communication network influence system performance greatly. Classical theory applied to common control system, which also want to be used in NCSs, must be modified. This article pays attention to delays in NCSs which is one of the most important problems. Remote robotics control system, an aspect of NCSs'applications, is a branch of NCSs. This article also set up a remote robotics control system based on Web for deep research..1) Comprehensive analysis delay in network based on measurement2) Provide network delay model based on dividing delay intervals, verify precision of the model by comparing with some common model.3) By modifying networked control system structure, present a structure of NCSs used network delay model provided by the article. Research on the compensation method based on new network delay model. Results provide it can improve system performance.4) Establish remote robotics control system based on Web.
