Customer Relationship Management has been discussed continuouslynowadays because Customer Relationship Management has been considered the keyto raise competitiveness of the companies or groups. For this reason, retaining clients,increasing loyalty and gaining profits are becoming the major targets for companies and groups, customer segmentation and customer profiling take the important roles to fulfill this idea to decrease the blindness investment and cost of Massive Marketing .This research is supposed to based on US Private Pharmacy Union Industry CRM 's individuals transaction history record, using Datamining methods and techniques, following standard of RFM (Recently, Frequency, Monetary Amount) model to analyze customer value , then realize the segmentation of customers.The K-mean Cluster and Self-Organizing Map will be the main method way of Datamining techniques to fulfill this task. Finally, this research will find a general roadway based on the analysis which can improve the CRM management of the company and make the marketing work more efficiency.
